  • 1. Design + Build

    We will explore what’s possible for your teambuilding session, prioritize what you want to get out of it, and focus on the challenges that are unique to your team.

  • 2. Buy-in + Participation

    Next I’ll meet with various members of your team to get a better understanding of what they want to get out of the teambuilding session, and build this into the agenda.

  • 3. Facilitation + Follow Up

    Participants will show up the day-of the event bought into the process. We will focus on building trust and communication, and leave with a clear follow-up plan.

  • Leadership

    The importance of “owning your power” and taking 100% responsibility, no matter what happens. Unlock your true potential based on what matters most to you in leadership, and discover ways to significantly improve your own personal leadership style to get the results that you want.

  • Communication

    Inefficiencies in the workplace are often due to poor communication, including inefficiency and lack of quality. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to communicate wht you need and request, as well as how to communicate clearly in a way the other person actually “gets” where you’re coming from.

  • Coaching

    Discuss coaching fundamentals and best practices, and assess how to improve your own coaching. Learn what questions to ask and how to ask them, while keeping the people you are coaching accountable to their goals. The best coaches have coaches of their own, so discover what it’s like to be coachable yourself.

  • Negotiation

    People often shy away from hard conversations, when in reality, all there is to do is be present and open during the entire time. We will learn how to “let your guard down,” be receptive to different points of view, all while achiving an outcome where all parties feel heard and seen.

  • Teamwork

    Teams are not people who work together. Teams are people who trust each other. Customized teambuilding workshops open lines of communication and allow people to get to know each other on a personal level level so they can tackle their common mission together, and with velocity.
